How It Works

We offer free delivery within 25 miles of our location for all package orders. For events outside this area or a la carte orders a delivery fee may apply.
We have tents with stakes (grass only) and without. If having a stake tent you are responsible for marking irrigation lines and consulting MISS-DIG.
All rentals are per-day unless otherwise stated. Need extra time? Let us know—we’re flexible!
Yes! Setup is included for tents and packages. Tables and chairs can also be set up for a small fee. All rentals include teardowns and pickups.
We require a deposit to reserve your rental. It’s fully refundable up to 7 days from your order date. In the event your order date is within the week of your rental the deposit is non-refundable
Our tents are weather-resistant and we recommend sidewalls for extra protection. In case of cancellations due to extreme weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or refund.
Yes, you can make changes up to 72 hours before your event, subject to availability.
